We’ll start with a casual introduction session to get to know your personal style— what is important to you, how you want your space to function, your vision, etc. We also review visual options on what speaks to you. It’s helpful to bring inspiration of spaces you like.
Based on that, we include elements of those details into a fully realized design.
Based on your project needs, we’ll either send you a comprehensive list of what to buy in order to bring that design to life (including furniture, finishes, decor, paint colors, etc.) or be introduced to our contractors.

We charge 20% of your project budget.
For example, if your project budget is $20K including furniture, decor, renovations (if any), our fee would be 20% (or $4K), so the all-in cost is $24K to transform your space.
You have the flexibility to determine how much you want to spend.

If you are wanting to renovate your space, we have a network of contractors / contacts we can connect you with. We also have the expertise to lead the project and bring your vision to life. Regardless of what your project needs, we’re here to push it to the finish line.
Already have contractors? We can work with them to ensure no detail gets missed.
DIY-ing your space? We also have the expertise to guide you on how to best put our design into motion without contractors.
